2.2 Custom and Original Works

Original Wall Art and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned due to their unique nature.

2.3 Availability

All items are subject to availability. We may cancel orders if products become unavailable and will notify you promptly.

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after order confirmation.

3.3 Payment Methods

You authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

3.4 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California.

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

4.2 Delivery Issues

You must inspect shipments upon arrival. Report damaged or incorrect items immediately to [email protected] with photos.

4.3 International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all protective materials

Non-returnable items: Original Wall Art, custom pieces, and items damaged due to customer mishandling.

5.2 Return Process

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with “RETURN REQUEST” in subject
2. Wait for return authorization (2 business days)
3. Repackage securely with all original materials
4. Ship using a trackable method

5.3 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund amount will be the item price minus original shipping costs (unless due to our error).

5.4 Exchanges

We’ll ship your exchange item after processing your return. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

KINKIN Decor Shop shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control
• Minor variations in product appearance from website images
• Damage caused by improper handling or display after delivery

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
