We want you to love your KINKIN Decor piece as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:
Return Policy Overview
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all protective materials
- Customer pays return shipping unless error is on our part
Non-Returnable Items
The following items from our collections are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Original Wall Art (marked as original in product description)
- Custom or commissioned pieces
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products not in original condition or missing protective materials
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with “RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST” in the subject line.
- Wait for Authorization – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely – Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
- Ship Back – Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection – Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
- Resolution – For approved returns, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.
Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments unless the original shipment was free.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
