Important Notes:

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Original artwork (marked as “Original Wall Art”) and custom pieces are final sale
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all protective materials intact

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely – Repack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Back – Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection – Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
  6. Resolution – For approved returns, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items from our collections are final sale and cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
