Are the artworks ready to hang?
Most of our pieces come ready to display with appropriate hanging hardware. For delicate items like mirrors and sculptural works, we include detailed installation instructions. Some original artworks may require framing—product descriptions specify when this applies.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from and to which locations?
All orders are carefully packaged by our art handlers in Soquel, California. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or EMS, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations where delivery networks are limited. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two art-conscious shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx with 10-15 business day delivery after 1-2 day processing. Includes full tracking and insurance.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS with 15-25 business day delivery after processing. Still includes our careful packaging standards.
How are fragile items like mirrors packaged?
Fragile pieces receive museum-quality packaging with custom cushioning and rigid protective materials. Mirrors are wrapped in protective foam and shipped in reinforced boxes with fragile markings. Textile artworks are stored in climate-controlled conditions before dispatch to prevent moisture damage.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for undamaged items in original condition. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Though rare due to our packaging standards, if damage occurs we’ll arrange return shipping at our cost and send a replacement immediately. Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Payment & Accounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure global transactions. All payments are processed through encrypted systems for your protection.
Do you offer international currency conversion?
All prices are listed in USD, but your card provider or PayPal will handle currency conversion based on their rates. We don’t charge additional foreign transaction fees.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For DHL/FedEx shipments, real-time tracking is available directly through their websites. EMS tracking may have slightly less detail but will show major transit points.
What if my delivery is delayed by customs?
International shipments may occasionally face customs delays beyond our control. We include all necessary documentation to smooth the process, but recommend planning extra time if you’re ordering for a specific event. Our team can help investigate if delays exceed 5 business days past estimated delivery.
